Cambria leads participants through beginner-friendly Rocket Yoga classes, designed to connect your body to your breath. Expect the music to be bumping, and expect to get sweaty to dynamic flow sequences. Learn to move in a way that supports physical and mental growth.

Classes:

SATURDAY MORNINGs

8AM-9AM

Class Format: Ground/Centering 5 mins, Warm Up 10 mins, Movement 25 mins, Cool Down 15 mins, Close 5 mins

Guided breath work, meditation, dynamic flow sequences syncing breath to movement, connect to nature, intention setting.

Hip hop, reggae, and R & B rhythms woven into a combination of yoga philosophies and classical traditions.

Recommended Preparation:

Bring a yoga mat, journal, pen, warm clothing for chilly mornings, water, towel, and a thermos for warm beverages.

Feel free to bring your camera or tripod as we recommend capturing your experience and documenting your practice.
