Partner Powered is about putting fun back into functional training through body to body connection, movement and community. Ben’s approach encourages us to use what we already have, a body that moves with another body that moves. We literally lean on one another in our community to lift ourselves up rather than break each other down.

FRIDAY MORNINGS
7AM-8AM
This is a functional training class. You will be playing with partnered exercises, body to body, hand to hand, using towels and learning to support one another. We play as though we were children again: climbing, pulling, and pushing, building our individual and collective strength.

Recommended Preparation:
Outdoor workout attire, water, and towel. You will be outside for an hour, it is important that you prepare yourselves for the elements. Wearing the proper attire will make all the difference in your experience.
Feel free to bring your camera or tripod as we recommend capturing your experience and documenting your practice.
Come with an openness and interest to connect both with yourself and with others.
