Get ready for cold season! If you’ve been curious about the exhilaration of cold plunging into the lake during winter or you want to deepen your practice to ready yourself for the season ahead, this class is for you.
Classes:
WEDNESDAY MORNINGS
6AM-7AM
Introduction - connecting and stretching - 5-10 min
Preparation - mindset and breathwork practices to master your immersion experience - 20 min
Guided dip - sensory exploration and movement in the water - 5-15 min
Closing - setting the tone for the day ahead - 10 min
Learn and practice the fundamentals of cold exposure during the off season. Practice a range of breathwork, movement and meditation techniques to prime your nervous system and your mindset for experiencing cold water more comfortably and confidently.

Recommended Preparation:
Participants will need a bathing suit, towel, yoga mat or something to sit on, warm loose clothing, water shoes (optional). Ear plugs and goggles are recommended. Water, and warm beverages are encouraged.
Feel free to bring your camera or tripod as we recommend capturing your experience and documenting your practice.
